Single yarns are produced in an air injection process.
Texturized inflated fiberglass yarns can store larger
quantities of air due to their fullness and therefore
provide better insulation than untreated yarns. Fiberglass
yarn can be reinforced by steel wire.
Applications:
--As materials for fiberglass cloth, tapes and ropes
--Other insulation purpose
